no podr\u00e1n exigirle sus jefes?<\/h2><p data-start=\"191\" data-end=\"571\">La reciente aprobaci\u00f3n del proyecto de reforma laboral por parte de la C\u00e1mara de Representantes el pasado 29 de junio marca un punto de inflexi\u00f3n en las relaciones laborales en Colombia. Esta iniciativa, impulsada por el gobierno del presidente Gustavo Petro, busca fortalecer la protecci\u00f3n de los trabajadores y establecer nuevas reglas en la relaci\u00f3n entre empleador y empleado.<\/p><h3 data-start=\"573\" data-end=\"606\">\u00bfQu\u00e9 cambia con esta reforma?<\/h3><p data-start=\"608\" data-end=\"913\">Uno de los principales enfoques de la reforma es garantizar condiciones laborales m\u00e1s justas y seguras, especialmente para poblaciones hist\u00f3ricamente vulneradas. Entre los aspectos m\u00e1s destacados se encuentra la inclusi\u00f3n de medidas contra la violencia, el acoso y la discriminaci\u00f3n en el entorno laboral.<\/p><p data-start=\"915\" data-end=\"1300\">El <strong data-start=\"918\" data-end=\"950\">Art\u00edculo 16 del Cap\u00edtulo III<\/strong>, titulado <em data-start=\"961\" data-end=\"1038\">\u201cMedidas para la eliminaci\u00f3n de la violencia, el acoso y la discriminaci\u00f3n\u201d<\/em>, modifica el art\u00edculo 23 del C\u00f3digo Sustantivo del Trabajo, que permit\u00eda a los empleadores imponer reglamentos internos de manera unilateral. Tambi\u00e9n se protege contra actos xenof\u00f3bicos dentro del entorno laboral.<\/p><h4 data-start=\"1717\" data-end=\"1761\">2. <strong data-start=\"1725\" data-end=\"1761\">Protecci\u00f3n a mujeres embarazadas<\/strong><\/h4><p data-start=\"1762\" data-end=\"1949\">Los empleadores deber\u00e1n garantizar el derecho al trabajo de las mujeres gestantes, reubic\u00e1ndolas en funciones que no impliquen riesgos f\u00edsicos y asegurando el pago completo de su salario.<\/p><h4 data-start=\"1951\" data-end=\"2001\">3. <strong data-start=\"1959\" data-end=\"2001\">Prohibici\u00f3n de despidos injustificados<\/strong><\/h4><p data-start=\"2002\" data-end=\"2201\">No se podr\u00e1 despedir, presionar o marginar a un trabajador por motivos religiosos, pol\u00edticos, raciales o \u00e9tnicos. Estas pr\u00e1cticas ahora ser\u00e1n consideradas violaciones graves a los derechos laborales.<\/p><h4 data-start=\"2203\" data-end=\"2253\">4. <strong data-start=\"2211\" data-end=\"2253\">Respeto a las creencias y preferencias<\/strong><\/h4><p data-start=\"2254\" data-end=\"2403\">Los empleados tendr\u00e1n libertad para ejercer sus creencias religiosas o ideolog\u00edas pol\u00edticas, siempre que no afecten el cumplimiento de sus funciones.<\/p><h4 data-start=\"2405\" data-end=\"2465\">5. <strong data-start=\"2413\" data-end=\"2465\">Protecci\u00f3n en casos de enfermedad o salud mental<\/strong><\/h4><p data-start=\"2466\" data-end=\"2673\">Los trabajadores con condiciones m\u00e9dicas, f\u00edsicas o mentales no podr\u00e1n ser presionados a renunciar ni obligados a trabajar en condiciones que afecten su salud. Se prioriza el bienestar integral del empleado.<\/p><hr data-start=\"2675\" data-end=\"2678\" \/><h3 data-start=\"2680\" data-end=\"2712\">\u00bfQu\u00e9 significa esto para ti?<\/h3><p data-start=\"2714\" data-end=\"3048\">Con la implementaci\u00f3n de esta reforma, los empleadores tendr\u00e1n que adaptar sus pr\u00e1cticas laborales a un nuevo marco legal m\u00e1s humano y equitativo.
